Great Improvement on the M3 Bag ,Evan
Material and stitching are excellent. Lining material prevents plastic packaging from sticking to rubberized coating on back side of cordura. PALS attachments mean this can be added to modular backpacks or vehicle webbing panels, however D-rings on back of bag make it look like it may have been intended to be worn on back of a battle belt like a buttpack, which wouldn't work well as a medical bag. Loaded bag is too bulky to be mounted to the front or side of a vest.

Strap is ok, but metal snap hooks and ladder adjuster are not mil-spec and are same as found on most cheap canvas military style bags. Ladder adjuster is better suited for thicker canvas webbing - with thin nylon webbing it slides under tension. Something more like the broad general purpose sling strap that came with two-quart canteen covers works better.

Handle is a great addition and is well constructed, but how it's stitched in at right angles puts all tension on outside edges and makes neatly contoured web handle feel like just a narrow cord on the hand. It will likely wear much faster than rest of bag and begin to tear out. I know this product isn't exclusive to Condor, but if they have any say in product improvement, handle should be revised so that it is stitched in at 45 degree angles to the top seam of bag.

I'm using this bag as a large toiletry kit while deployed. It's big enough to hold full sized shaving creme, shampoo, and deoderant, mid-sized mouth wash along with shaving kit and toothbrush.
